Dear Brothers and Sisters

Assalam O Alaikum

This is advance  information about 2016 Bothell fourth of July Parade. The city has finalized the  application package. The details are  the same as in 2015 and we are  applying to City to inform them of our participation and we will let you know about confirmation as soon as we hear from them. We look forward to see you at the Bothell independence day parade

Please note 4th of July will fall on a Monday during Ramadhan and as Muslims have never shirked from performing their duties and commitments during Ramadhan, we hope that Muslim community will come out in large numbers. This will be the last 4th of July falling during Ramadhan for a long time to come. (For information the Eid ul Fitr will most likely be on Jul 6, 2016)

Celebrate Religious Freedom and Diversity and Show your pride in Being American Muslims

Join  the Fourth of July parade at Bothell. Show your pride in being  American Muslims living in Puget Sound Area.

Bring your whole family — a great experience for kids & adults of all ages.

We will march in the Parade as a PICACS contingent and hope other Muslim groups will join us. We are hopeful ICOB and CAIR will join us also. As American Muslims we are committed to a greater participation of Muslims in American life. As Muslims we want to show our commitment  to peace and harmony among all faiths . We want our neighbors in Bothell to know about Muslim presence in Bothell. It is specially important for Bothell/Woodinville  Muslim residents to participate in the American Independence Parade at Bothel,.

We will arrange some patriotic  T Shirts/Hijabs(Scarfs)  for  participants. These will be depicting American flag and PICACS logos. These will be  distributed on first come first served basis.

Please circulate this information to other Muslims and  encourage your family, friends and neighbors to join
